Centamerica Returns and Exchange Policy

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items:

  1. Perfumes that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition.
  2. Items purchased from third-party retailers must be returned or exchanged through the original place of purchase and are subject to their return policies.
