These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Centamerica's services and products. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our services. By using Centamerica's services, you agree to comply with these Terms. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Centamerica and govern your use of the services, superseding any prior agreements between you and Centamerica.

2. Services
Centamerica provides niche perfume manufacturing services and related products ("Services"). These Services are intended for customers located in North America.

3. Orders and Payments

• Byplacing an order with Centamerica, you agree to pay the specified price for the products or services ordered.
• All payments shall be made in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified.
• Centamerica reserves the right to change prices for products and services at any time without prior notice.
• Payment must be received in full before products are shipped or services are provided.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Centamerica will make every effort to ensure timely delivery of products. However, we are not liable for delays beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier issues.

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and are the responsibility of the customer.
Any customs duties or taxes incurred during shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

Centamerica accepts returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.
Centamerica reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds for products that have been opened or used.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included in Centamerica's services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Centamerica or its suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content from Centamerica's services without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Centamerica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the
use of its services. Centamerica's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the products or services in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.

9. Changes to Terms

Centamerica reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of Centamerica's services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.By accessing or using Centamerica's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Centamerica's services.
